User with 'administrator member' role can not Manage OG variables on that space

A member space with 'administrator member' role can not Manage OG variables
on that space through Config menu beacause available items on the list,
appear with no content at all. Of course, Drupal administrator can see that
information and is able to manage it.

I can see that 'administrator member' role has enabled the permission:

Manage variables

If I disable the above permission, I can not access variables management. I
can not event see the access link on the Config list for that space, but once
I enable it the available variables appear with no content so no posiblity
to do any management.
