allow hook_nodeapi to affect node preview [#218521]

Some modules affect the node teaser, and so need to be able to show the user their changes in the node preview.

This is currently possible, but not very cleanly: see this thread for the gory details: http://drupal.org/node/204211

It would be better if hook_nodeapi allowed this.
