expanding_formatter 7.x-1.0

Changes since 7.x-1.0-beta2:

• Moved CSS3 setting below animation effect (related). Also made it hidden when there's no effect.
• Fixed settings summary to include CSS3 or JavaScript animation type.
• Fixed CSS3 fade effect.
• Fixed slideCss method on expanding.
• Added "None" animation effect.
• Cleaned up the settings summary and form. Changed setting names to be consistent with what they affect.
• Added animation duration setting (only for JavaScript fallback).
• Added triggering of 'collapsed' and 'expanded' events on the wrapper.
• Added JavaScript fallback for 'fade' animation.
• Added JavaScript fallback for 'slide' animation.
• Made trigger always inline when collapsed/expanded and inline setting is true.
• Added wrapper around trigger link (so the link isn't displayed as a block level element).
• Fixed class around summary
• Changed defaults to capitalize words and add default "button" class to trigger.
• Fixed trigger classes not being added.
• Added expanding_formatter_ellipsis theme function (so themes can change the ellipsis text if they want). - Created two new checkbox settings, CSS3 Transitions and inline summary/content joining. - Reduced a lot of duplicate code. - Refactored code to utilize render arrays instead of static markup. - Added fix for text_summary() [#1235062] (@todo, remove once in core).
• Completely re-factored JavaScript to utilize data attributes.
• Converted to SASS/compass for CSS
• Reduce duplication of code for default formatter settings. Fixed typo.
