is there any possibility to get the image for url list without do any upload?

I would like to use this modules for art.com affiliates and let user crop the poster's image themself for their collections.

No, there is no option for that at the moment.

If imagefield ever supports this, I will add support as well. Consider openning such a bug for imagefield.module, and post the URL here.
