Even when logged out, the blocks are always showing the relationships that I set up be/w my admin user and another user.

Okay, I see the error and it's fixed.

Just to be clear though, if the User Relationships: {} blocks are enabled you will see them when you view a user's profile.

My Relationships: {} blocks should not show up if the user is not logged in. This was the issue and it's been fixed.
