I can't reproduce that error.

Does that file 'sites/all/modules/captcha_pack/text_captcha/lost_character_captcha/lost_character_captcha.admin.inc' exist on your server and is it readable?

How did you install the module: fresh install on fresh Drupal 6 or some upgrade path from Drupal 5?

I do not speak in English so has written by means of online-translator (www.translate.ru). Download the fresh distribution kit, in it there were no files *.admin.inc

Download from http://ftp.drupal.org/files/projects/captcha_pack-6.x-1.x-dev.tar.gz

Files in '\captcha_pack\text_captcha\lost_character_captcha':

  1. lost_character_captcha.info
  2. lost_character_captcha.install
  3. lost_character_captcha.module

Apparently I forgot to add the file 'lost_character_captcha.admin.inc' to CVS,
fixed by: http://drupal.org/cvs?commit=99654
(should be in the next nightly snapshot 6.x-1.x-dev)
