When doing an update I got the following error:

Fatal Error undefined function file_type_load_all() in file_entity.install line 903.

Attached is a screenshot the the pending updates just before this error was entouncered

I was attemtpting t update to D7.26 but there may have been an outstanding file_entity module update as well.

update - potential patch attached - adds a module_load_include call before the relevant line - it fixed my problem
