The Advanced Help instructions for Views may not be in synch with the current version of the UI.

For example. Step 1 (Creating a new view) says to add tag 'users' after SHOW [Content]. However, selecting any option from OF TYPE drop down list, disables the tags option, which actually vanishes from view.

  1. Ignore the issue as initially submitted, please.
  2. However, the instruction in Step 1 [Creating New View] assumes that the Tags field has been inserted, from the Existing Fields list, during the Content Type creation process. But if that field has not been created, then the instruction logically doesn't apply.

This module is used by Views to display documentation.

However, the documentation files for Views is in the Views repo and any requests for changes or clarifications to the Views documentation must be posted in the Views' issue tracker.
