Most if not all of us amateur users really appreciate the real efforts put in by you professionals. We know that we are getting free access to hundreds if not thousands of pounds/dollars worth of software for nothing.

However we do struggle and we do make mistakes

However, at 64 i have done enough and seen enough to know that everyone is an expert in their own discipline and a newbie in every other. i do not appreciate being talked down to
