META: Plan for 6.x-1.5 release [#2154973]

Lets work out what tasks are needed for the next 6.x-1.5 release. And yes, I'm thinking of skipping to 1.5 rather than 1.3 to match the D7 release.

My main goal for the next D6 release is to have a backport of all (relevant) D7 features.
