This module is broken when in use with CCK's that contain taxonomy terms, due to a bug in the content_taxonomy module ( http://drupal.org/project/content_taxonomy )

unfortunately the content_taxonomy module is not being maintained so i cant see this being resolved any time soon

Seems to be working in the 6.x versions of this module and content_taxonomy.

Yes, I can confirm that it is working in 6.x as well (even though there are still a few things wrong with comment CCK in 6.x).
