I think this readme is a big improvement. I made some tiny changes: the references section was missing the panels link and i merged the last section of the 'Panelizer section'

Panelizer currently contains support for comment, node, taxonomy term and user
entities. However, this is constructed as a plugin and more may be available
in the future.

into the features section (which was coming directly below the above)

* Supports all of Drupal core's included entities - nodes, taxonomy terms, users
