Contextual link not visible for block [#2149425]

I am not able to get any linktype other than node. From the module description i find that we can use this on blocks also. Attaching the screenshot.

Hi esafwan,

CCL comes with multiple submodules. Can you check that you have the "Custom Contextual Links - Blocks" module enabled?
