I have been trying to get answers, and the one I have found doesn't seem to be the answer.

I would assume that since I am running a version that is newer it would work right, but it doesn't seem to. I turned off cache, and I think it worked. However, that may have been a fluke some how. Nonetheless, I installed 'Cache Exclude Module' to exclude just the cart. I don't know how to configure it.

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
