I have a project that uses a custom search for terms. My goal is to add additional data per terms (tag) in node. Like in node 4 the tags are like [sand - 1kg], or [water - 5lt].

The double field module is the key module I've been searching for, but now I need to intergrate the first field as a term field with autocomplete.

is it possible ?

It isn't possible with this module. Have a look to Multifield module.
