When a user goes through the checkout but not through paypal yet, the entries for the product displays in "File" but it shows no files but it does show the product name and the file size...shouldn't it not display anything until the user has paid for the product?

I've attached a screenshot to show what I'm getting. This is a new install of drupal commerce kickstart and commerce file.

I had the same problem. The way I solved it was adding a Filter Criteria in the Licensed Files View: Commerce License: Status (= Active)

I'm also seeing another weird thing and maybe you came across it as well...Orders that are on "pending", their licenses are active for these orders...I know the "pending" orders are actually successful purchases bcause checkout was set to make it "pending" by default. I changed it now to change status to "Completed" once it's successful..but I don't know why "Pending" statusses have active licenses?

Hi,

First of all I am new to drupal. I have created my website with kickstart commerce and installed Commerce Files module. Everything seems working good. When a user purchase a downloadable product, he/she can see the file on the listing page and can download it there. But if I add an order from admin panel, the file is not visible on the product page.

Also the user cannot download the file on "files" section of his/her account page. The names and sizes of the files are seen but there isn't any download link.

If you think the solution above will help, can you explain in a more detailed way. Actually I don't know how to apply it.

Note that I am using the 2.0-beta1 version.
