Another feature that can be brought in from uc_views.

Strangely enough, part of it was added (the actual handler) but no reference to it or any other functionality.

Attached is a patch that brings all of the rest in, and renamed the current handler for clarity purposes. I made sure it was not referenced elsewhere.

Sorry for the delay. Tested successfully, committed to 7.x-3.x with minor whitespace fixes. Let's consider porting this to 8.x-4.x at some point as well.
