Hide empty panels when style region is used

Am using Rounded corners style settings for some of my panes. In them I have views.

in paremeters the options are: Box around -> Each Pane or Each Region.

When my view is empty and "Box around -> Each Pane" is selected nothing is displayed (as it should) but when "Box around ->Each Region" is selected the box outline is displayed (with no content).

In Firebug I can see all the box css with this empty div :

Is there some codes I could add to rounded_corners.inc to say if its empty return nothing just like for Pane (see: function theme_panels_rounded_corners_style_render_pane).

Note : I know almost nothing of php
