The embed code works fine. But URL's do not.

May or may not be related but I was having issues with Google videos. The fault lies in the admin where you can add additional google video domains.

In the box I had put "com ca co.uk" as additional domains, and embedded a .ca video URL, but it wouldn't display properly -- it was just blank. Turns out the embedded URL ended up looking like this:

data="http://video.google.com ca co.uk/googleplayer.swf...

So I just modified the domains to only one additional site (ca) and it now displays fine. I assumed that you could enter more than one value here, but I guess not.

if i go directly to http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-2954107688255163898 i get a google video error page. can you try again with a valid video url?

I'm closing this as google video is working fine at the moment, as far as I can tell. If you need to reopen, please do so against the 6.x version (although google video support is likely being removed in the near future).
