Keyboard shortcuts has to be optional/configurable

In the media edit dialog there is a need to use the arrow keys to move through text in the textfields and also use the "Enter" key for new lines in textarea fields. This causes undesired effects as the Enter key is used to close the manual crop window and the arrow keys handling in imgAreaSelect are enabled by the manualcrop module.

This needs to be optional/configurable so people can choose whether or not they wish to use keyboard shortcuts.
