• Should be able to add attachments to the main node via comments - will probably require changes to Comment Alter

Commit b29d153 adds initial support for file attachments.

This is mostly fixes to Comment Alter! It reuses the oa_media field per the original description. The media pane from oa_discussion is still discussion specific, so, we'll have to look at making that generic before it can be used: #2106743: Reuse the "Documents/Media" pane from oa_discussion
