Grants table shows blocked users as having "authenticated" role removed [#2103137]

eg for this user, who was blocked:

ADMIN	DATE	ROLE	CHANGE	USER
reasson	Wed, 02/10/2013 - 16:58	authenticated user	removed from	deeson

There is a warped kind of logic... but IMHO it would be clearer to have something like ROLE: [blank], and CHANGE: "blocked".

If a user is blocked, they lose the "authenticated user" role. The role watchdog table output shown is working as designed.

Perhaps someone can submit a patch that transforms the output as suggested.

Okay, I didn't realize that blocking a user removed the "authenticated user" role - that makes more sense now. Thanks.
