We need some schema with translatable properties for the tests in config_translation.

Yay! Looks good. This is a blocker for #2098675: Add missing tests for config_translation.mapper_list and config_translation.entity_list which includes test coverage for this :) And that is a blocker for #1952394: Add configuration translation user interface module in core.
