Hello All,

I have a challenging task. I have to create a form on drupal site and form should be open as a pdf fillable form in new tab.
for normal form creation i am using webform in drupal 6. But how to convert it into pdf fillable form and after than fill the form i have to save it also as webform.
please suggest any module or way.
