It would be great if you could also import taxonomy descriptions (and maybe synonyms as well).

Trying to import a rather large taxonomy to be used by the glossary module and descriptions are crucial.

I will import through some other means now, just wanted to suggest a feature.

The module can now import term descriptions and synonyms. Please download a development package (you may have to wait at most 12 hours for the package to update) to check it out. Note that this development version has not extensively been tested and should not be used on a production site.
