Varialble $element['#type'] not tested

In the file webform_hints.module, in the function webform_hints_add_title lines 137 and 148, the variable $element['#type'] was not tested correctly.

Could you replace ?

if (in_array($element['#type'], $fieldtypes)) {
by
if (isset($element['#type']) && in_array($element['#type'], $fieldtypes)) {

and

elseif ($element['#type'] == 'select') {
by
elseif (isset($element['#type']) && $element['#type'] == 'select') {
