I've got two questions. I've got a banner and then the content goes below the banner. How do I get rid of the default gap between these blocks?

Second question is that I slightly modified the page.tpl.php file so that the menu goes below the logo/header image. But there's a gap between the top and the header as per attached image.

Please help?

This issue has been closed while cleaning up the issue queue. The 7.x-2.x branch currently only receives security fixes.
