I needed to lock https://drupal.org/node/1363112#comment-7680533 yesterday. It's not even funny to list the people who were in agreement in that issue (at least JohnAlbin, tim.plunkett, mgifford and Mark Carver) and hass constantly tried to overrule all of them.

Now he have started to troll one of the hardest core issues we have to date: https://drupal.org/node/1199946?page=1#comment-7864815 . It's high time we just say "enough" and say good bye. The amount of contribution vs damage to the community is not positive.

-1 for banning
The comment in #395 might be trollish but the rest of his comments seems ok to me.

hass is an very active community member and a good contributor. If there are issues I strongly suggest that the involved people find more mature solutions instead of swinging the banning hammer. Isn't there a community conflict resolution process (don't know what the exact status of this is atm)? This might be a good case for it.

Re: a conflict resolution process, there's one in the works at #1493430: [meta] Develop a conflict resolution process for community issues .
