The variable set for flagging a menu rebuild is called 'menu_rebuild_needs_to_called'.

Seems like that is missing a word (menu_rebuild_needs_to_be_called) but I suggest the shorter and easier to understand 'menu_rebuild_needed' as in this teeny tiny patch.
