Default pre-approved message too long for form

I updated some of the messages on the admin/user/relationships/settings form. When I tried to save my changes, I got an error saying that the pre-approved message was 134 characters, which exceeded the maximum of 128 characters. I hadn't changed the pre-approved message, so it was the default that was too long.

BTW, the default pre-approved message has a misspelling: You're request should be Your request. Fixing that gets it down to 132 characters, but it's still too long! :-)
