Is this module enable report and hide comments?
I tried do that but I can't link to the words 'report' and 'hide'.

When the module is installed you can grant user roles the ability to report and hide content (nodes and comments). Do this is the usual Administer > User Management > Access Control

After this when users in those roles see a node or comment in the links section (along with 'delete', 'edit', 'read more' or what ever) you should have links for 'hide' and 'report'.
