Replace "webkitdrag" with newer "dragresize"

We're currently using an early version of the "dragresize" CKEditor plugin from https://github.com/sstur/ck-dragresize. We had to modify the plugin manually early on to get it working properly, but now the official version of this plugin has fixed several problems and should be used instead of our modified version.
