Hello.
When I sent newsletters, mail servers that have spamassassin installed giving spam points.
MISSING_MIMEOLE : Message has X-MSMail-Priority, but no X-MimeOLE
From their site:
Explanation
The message is pretending to be generated by a Microsoft email program which uses the extension header X-MSMail-Priority, but is missing the extension header X-MimeOLE which is characteristic of Microsoft email.
This suggests that the sender is using badly-written mailout software, rather than a genuine Microsoft email program.
===
Solution: remove X-MSMail-Priority header.

altagrade commentedThis is to confirm the patch significantly improves mail rate from Drupal site on https://www.mail-tester.com. Also the accepted answer on https://stackoverflow.com/questions/12283443/spamassassin-missing-mimeol... confirms the same - that the X-MSMail-Priority header should be removed. The patch is RTBC, however should be applied against the dev version, not RC.

same patch for 3.x-dev
Comment #10
jonathanshawMakes sense to me. There's not much information on Google about this header, other than people hitting the same problem. I think safer to remove.

adamps commentedThanks makes sense to me. Unfortunately we cannot commit any fixes until someone fixes the branch test failures.
