There is a module https://drupal.org/project/media_translation which extends i18n to translate attached files and media.
Provide new plugin or extend existing i18n.

I just made a fresh installation, and noticed that the module now also can handel translations of media files made by the media translation module ( https://drupal.org/project/media_translation )
That's great! But when I clicked on it I got this error:
Notice: Undefined index: string translation in tmgmt_i18n_string_get_strings() (line 43 of /var/www/sites/all/modules/tmgmt/sources/i18n_string/tmgmt_i18n_string.module).

blueminds commentedThis is a feature request as there is no support for File Type or Media Translation. Provided patch with quick fix - to not display links to translate those mentioned.

berdirWe can solve this in a bit more generic way.
i18n_object_info() is a bit more generic than we currently use it, string translation is just one use case.
So, what we're interested in is only i18n_objects that have the 'string translation' key set, those two don't.

berdirSupport for those modules would be a new feature request anyway.
This is about the bug that we're not filtering out i18n object groups that don't use string translation.
So changing back to a bug report and normal prio.
