The buttons (bg image) is hosted on a external server. No good!
What I noticed was even worse was the licensing issue, nicedit is licensed under in MIT.

This means we need to start cooking together some jquery goodness. And make our own icons.

nicedit was not written by me. It is still a third party product Please read the install file, that says:

If you want control over the version of nicedit you use, download nicedit from http://nicedit.com/nicEdit-full.zip and unzip it into this directory so that it creates a nicEditor subdirectory.

If you did this, everything would be hosted on your server.

I saw that if you don't download and put it in your own modules directory then it will go to url that points to nicedit.js. Sorry for being a bit quick.
