Changing /user and /user/registration url

Spent 10 min searching the queue, you sure this is a duplicate? If so, can you reference the issue please? I also check git repo and nothing there either (well, nothing if you are using hook_menu_alter())

Blocking the URL instantly kills off bot attacks, so very worthwhile :)
