HybridAuth's css and icons are not loaded

Hello,

I've setup HybridAuth to show a widget on all the forms: User login form, User login block, User registration form, Comment form. For pages that has one of these forms, the HybridAuth's css and icons show up fine.

I've also put the "User login - HybridAuth widget only" block on a sidebar. HybridAuth's css and icons are not showing on the sidebar on pages that don't have any of the enabled form. It seems HybridAuth's css is not loaded at all.

Please take a look at the sidebar on my site http://tvdigital.in.th (under ล๊อกอินด้วย...) for an example.
