I'm getting this error on my attachments when importing my wordpress blog from an XML file

It processes about 50% (~200 of ~400) items, and always fails, repeating this error three times. (Before import, I made sure to stop, rollback, and remove my previous attempts. I'd then clear cache and upload my XML, re-configure and import again.)

MigrateException: array_flip(): Can only flip STRING and INTEGER values! File C:\htdocs\includes\entity.inc, line 178 in MigrationBase->errorHandler() (line 683 of C:\htdocs\sites\all\modules\migrate\includes\base.inc).

FIXED: I had illegal characters in my data set. I encoded the csv to UTF-8 and was able to remove the errant characters... Sorry for the bug report.
