I am using Shortcode 7.x-2.0-alpha5 with the Basics Shortcode Library 7.x-1.0-beta1.

I am receiving this error on all pages using shortcodes:
Notice: Undefined index: clear in shortcode_list_all_enabled() (line 49 of /home3/stratus4/public_html/everett-kelley/sites/all/modules/shortcode/shortcode.module).

I don't even see an option to enable a clear shortcode in my text format settings. Does anyone know how to fix this error?

Could you check it again with the latest release? I hope the notice has disappeared by the latest fixes.

I receive the same error with 7.x-2.0. A whole bunch of indices are listed. I have a screenshot of about 1/3 of the list, but don't know how to attach it here.

I have a similar warning with 7.x-2.21.

Notice: Undefined index: video in shortcode_list_all_enabled() (line 51 of .../sites/all/modules/shortcode/shortcode.module).

It's a purchased theme. I haven't done any debugging, just logging the issue.

This notice indicates, you configured an input format with macros, but after a while you disabled the Shortcode macro provider module. So the SC API thinks, the macro exist because configured at the input format, but the provider has disappeared.

I added an plus checking to the API to avoid this notice (-dev). Can you test it, review it?

After doing updates to 7.36 I too am receiving "Notice: Undefined index: video in shortcode_list_all_enabled()" I have since upgraded to 7.37 to see if that would resolve the issue (I guess there were some issues with modules being disabled in 7.36) I have disabled and re-enabled the module (as well as Text formats and Ckeditor) The errors went away but I am unable to get the short codes to work. Thanks for a great module!
