If I try to delete a file using IMCE, I will sometimes get an error that the file cannot be deleted because it is in use by another program.

How do I get a list of the references that are preventing IMCE from deleting the file (which may or may not be an image)?

You can try this with Views for D7, IMCE has no this feature,
