When I viewd a test Webform submisson,I got those following errors :
Warning:Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in _webform_display_matrix().
And the version of Webform is 7.x-4.0-alpha8.

Hi antims,

Please use webform Recommended releases version(7.x-3.19).
In drupal 7.x.4.x webform add some extra function and merge webform_conditional.

so i will create new release for webform 7.x.4.x.
