Release notes

This is RC1 of Taxonomy Permissions for Drupal 7.

RC1 is a release candidate. It's functionally identical to the initial -dev snapshot.

Six weeks after creating the -dev snapshot, with 14 reported sites using the module, and not a single bug report, we believe Taxonomy Permissions is ready for release, but we need YOUR confirmation under #2022707: Taxonomy Permissions for D7 that everything works as expected.
