Perhaps I'm the only one that needs this or perhaps I am doing something wrong, but adjusting a price should also allow you to showcase that adjustment in other areas.

I am creating a master report for my website that shows all the order and registration information from Commerce and Commerce Registration. Sometimes these line items may have a late fee applied, a members discount, etc (all of which are price adjustments tied into the product). They work great, they modify the price and they add to cart with the new value.

But there is no where in views for me to gain access to these attributes so I can show a +$75 fee was included to this transaction, or in the cart, a user should be able to see any price adjustments that affected their purchase, or they may find themselves going back to check constantly.

I have a slew of relationships tied in to pull everything possible that I can grab as far as fields included with the cart. I can "see" that the field shows in my list, for instance field_late_fee, and it gives me the option to show "Option Set:Form" or "Option Set: Attribute Review". The Attribute Review would seem like the best choice but it doesn't seem to make a difference.

Any thoughts on how to get this working?

I am running into the same issue. I have added the attributes to the reports and it shows the items but does not show the amounts. I really would like to show the breakdown of each items added cost.

Any update on this? I am running on the same issue and would be good to have some pointers.

Nothing yet. I've ended up basically saying forget it - but I don't see why this is so difficult. What if I had a t-shirt company and I wanted to show a report with all the PRODUCT #1 t-shirts and wanted to show all the order that chose a red option?

Issue summary: View changes

I believe this issue is related to Commerce Options and not Commerce Pricing Attributes. I've been working on getting options to display in a view and ran into this patch: https://drupal.org/node/1696656

This fixed my problem, however, it opened another. Only User 1 can view the items in the view, now I'm digging around for a patch to the permissions.

This patch didn't worked for me... What an upset!

fdefeyter@gmail.com’s picture

OK it did :-) If you simply choose in the fields to show "price attributes".

Wel for the rest, I think if you disable the SQL rewriting in OTHER > SQL it should do the trick ;-) (even though his not textbook style practical)

After use commerce file module ,then selected price attribute is not updating in cart.

+1 for #9

#9, Is it resolved?

Don't use "inline_entity_form-commerce_license" widget for commerce_license field.
Change it here - admin/commerce/config/line-items/product/fields/commerce_license/widget-type

See now... It will work!

I used this patch but I only see the attributes. Where did you enable the price attributes to display them in the shopping cart?

beautifulmind’s picture

This patch doesn't enable that directly.
Shipping car it a view. So you have to customize the view and add those fields in the views.

hi guys, I get blank page after ading pricing attributes to product variation?

Is that happening to you too?

Here is my error described in more details

https://www.drupal.org/node/2504249

beautifulmind’s picture

Try with normal Drupal profile with all the required commerce modules. May be, commerce kickstart is not yet ready for such level of customization of the products.

thaistore’s picture

i patched it with one patch, few lines , but then it does not update prices and that is a big problem

so the guy told me he does not have time to fix it (Yanni) only if i pay him 300 eur

so maybe we should share the cost, the guy needs money desperately I think

beautifulmind’s picture

Nah, you can send me your version of code and I will give it a try. Or at best, you can share the access to your site and files and I will check what is wrong with it.

Regards.

I can give you access, no problem

Here is more about my issue

apparently people cant get working version 2 of pricing attributes for some reason

https://www.drupal.org/node/2383731

and they stick with version 1

I tried to uninstal pricing attributes module, but it is attached to so many modules it is a mess to remove so I wonder how to uninstall it too

beautifulmind’s picture

Please do not fall for such extortion from the module developer. You can always ask for help in forums and on IRC.

thaistore’s picture

nobody is familiat with this module, the only one who replied is you....

I send out emails to several people who reported the module being broken etc.....

And the deveope wants minimum 300 usd just to glance at the site etc....

This si the only hurdle I see on my site. I want to keep one SKU for variations....
