Hi,
I am using HybridAuth 6.2.x version.
I have created a Facebook API key and secret key for using it for my login and register pages. I saved those keys in the HybridAuth interface provided.

Now, I am getting an error,
"An error has ocurred. You cannot login now."

Should I configure anywhere else like in the HybridAuth library that is used?.

Please give a reply, as I am unable to find the solution for it.

Kiran,

Could you please check the "Recent logs" report and see if any messages from hybridauth module appear there after the unsuccessful login attempt?

Hi,

My Twitter login is working fine. But, this is giving error. Is it the error regarding the permissions??

The following is the error I found, but not from the HybridAuth module, it just appeared from "php" type.

require_once(../modules/hybridauth/hybridauth.pages.inc): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /data/drupal/includes/menu.inc on line 348.

Andy,

Yes, all the icons there at the social login are working.

I am attaching a screenshot from my site. When I clicked the Facebook logo, a popup is opened and closed, then the page is reloading and giving me an access denied error.

Please look at your "Recent log messages" report and find all messages from hybridauth module - I can't really help you with this until we see these messages.

Hi Andy,

Authentication failed! Facebook returned an invalid user id
This is the error I found in my recent log entries categorized under Hybrid Auth.

I've searched it in Google and you gave the solution in
https://drupal.org/node/1860618#comment-6871560.

I've tried it, but did get the same error.

Kiran,

Please check that your Facebook application is not in a sandbox mode. Then you should also use the latest version of HybridAuth library and please also use the 6.x-2.x-dev version of this module.

Ok. Thank you. My application is not in sandbox mode.
I will install the latest Hybridauth version and also update to the dev version of the module.

I had also this problem and i enabled the permission for anonymous and authenticated users (going to people=>permissions- HybridAuth) and that worked for me.May be a silly thing,but i tried a lot of configurations except this and i lost some months without having to do much with it!!
