When using suggestions, one case is not covered:

1) Ask for translation, submit job to local WITHOUT adding suggested elements.
2) Go back to the job, add suggestions. An additional Job item is created.
3) Go to local translator. Only one job item is in the task.

Where is the second job item? And how can I submit it to translation?

You can't, you shouldn't be able to do that. I pointed that out in one of my reviews but looks like we forgot it.

Applied patch. It works.

After submitting the job to the translator, the 'Load Suggestions' button is not visible anymore in the Job Management form.
