We used the module, and it couldn't find the fields to put the text in.

It probably is because of omega 4.x.
Maybe the class 'field-type-addressfield' is more common than the fieldset.
But I don't know for sure.

Note;
In the commit I adapted your patch, so that it uses the class as fallback, so that we are sure both scenarios are possible... removal of the fieldset and removal of the class.

Please RTBC, so we can go to a next minor release.
