When updating a bug report via e-mail, the project module sends the e-mail using the from address of the user that originated the bug report, rather than the user who posted the update.

Here is a test of the line wrap fix and the 'From' bug. Please ignore this
useless email. I just need ti to be long enough for a few wraps to kick in
from my mozilla mail client. why do mail clients wrap text anyway? that is
so old school. i say that wrapping is the responsibility of the recipient,
not the sender.

this submission should result in an email from weitzman@www.drop.org and not
al maw. i will be annoyed if it is from al. i post this via email.

i could send a full HTML post but that is for another day.
