There is a problem with atom creation for restricted users (who do not have the "edit own atom" permission): they can't not "pause" the atom creation process, do other things then resume.
For example, when create a new gallery, they should be able to "pause" the gallery atom creation, add a new image atom, then go back and add that new image into the not-yet-created gallery atom. Of course, they presently can do it in different browser tabs, but it is surely not the most friendly way.
