The document file type should be allowed by default in the media browser view.

On Administration > Configuration > Media > Media Browser Settings, the Document file type should be selected in the WYSIWYG Configuration > Allowed types in WYSIWYG when Media is installed.

This should probably be an alpha blocker since it is confusing if documents don't show up in the media browser.

This patch takes care of that issue. However during testing I discovered that the types do not actually affect anything from wysiwyg. That bug is outside of the scope of this issue though.

. For me on fresh install, before the patch, I could not see any documents in the media browser view and after, they were available.
