Application to add Dave Reid as a co-maintainer

I'm encountering some major issues with the assumption that this module should be able to inspect any connection object, and not just the default one: #1985942: Schema engines should use the actual connection given to perform inspection, not use db_query(). I'd like to help start resolving these types of issues, help review the current issue queue, and commit ready to go patches.
